This total yard makeover was completed in two phases. First, bluestone pathways were constructed to create a welcoming entry for this Mid-Century Modern home. A spacious entry porch (with railings by Urban Steelworks) give the homeowners a place to relax and enjoy a morning coffee. Low voltage lighting and native plantings complete this area.

The backyard deck, steps and patio blend with the style of the home and the existing landscape. The addition of deck space, raised beds and a covered area over the dining room doors creates a functional living space for the family, highlighting an existing fireplace. The space underneath the deck creates a waterproofed outdoor game room for enjoyment through the seasons.

Fleur de Lawn seed mix assures a blooming lawn that requires little water to stay green year round and only requires monthly mowing.
