Located in a beautiful building in downtown Chicago, this condo features an open floor plan with breathtaking views of the lake and skyline. The primary goal for the design was to integrate kitchen, dining, and living areas so it would feel like one cohesive space. Working around 3’ wide concrete structural pillars and fitting in a stacked washer and dryer presented additional challenges.
