Open Contemporary Kitchen Remodel

An outdated and small kitchen combines with a dining room and living room to create the ultimate entertainment space. Designer, Jason Wickline started this project by knocking out the walls that closed off the three rooms and combining them together.

To create a maintenance free living space with a modern design, easy care for quartz counter tops, veneer cabinetry, and porcelain tile back splash we used. The couple’s shared love for modern design, personal touches, and unique use of color gives these homeowners a space that is all their own.

Cambria Quartz in White Cliff was used for the perimeter countertops, while Cambria Quartz in Fieldstone was used for the island counter tops. The range and range hood are uniquely located in front of the window to provide a view while cooking and ensure the island air space stays clear.

Stainless steel Thermador microwave drawer, Jenn Air range, LG refrigerator, and Bosch dishwasher are used. Small modern pendants are used above the island to keep the airway to the living room clear. Cooking ease is created by placing the oven accross from the kitchen sink.

To create a care-free and sleek kitchen design, surfaces and materials are meticulously chosen. Porcelain tile makes up the backsplash in a combination of grays and white to match the countertops, to tie together the color aesthetic veneer gray cabinetry is chosen.
