A Host-Friendly Flourtown Update
This Flourtown first floor had remained untouched for years, and didn’t match the homeowner’s bold, eclectic style. Functionally, the kitchen had an impractical layout that made entertaining a challenge. An oddly angled wall between the kitchen and laundry area wasted valuable space, while wing and half walls created barriers between the kitchen and family room.
Beyond updating finishes, our clients dreamed of creating spaces that would work better for both daily life and the large gatherings they regularly host, often welcoming up to 30 guests. They wanted their home to feel updated, connected and inviting, while maintaining distinct areas for cooking, dining, and relaxing.
