These previous clients were thrilled with their other remodeled rooms, so they called on Custom Craft once again. This time, they wanted to transform their basement into a livable, inviting space where they could watch a football game, hang out with friends, and exercise — possibly all at the same time! While they already had a semi-finished basement, it was dated and incomplete. Instead, they wished for a more polished and professional space, personalized to their aesthetics and functional needs.

The biggest challenge to accomplishing their goals was their current basement layout. All their mechanicals ¬— the HVAC system, water heater, chimney, and more — were in a room located in the center of the basement, making it difficult to plan a central space big enough to entertain. Thankfully, the Custom Craft team was able to work around several issues and build them the space they were hoping for.
