Project Overview:
After previous projects with Custom Craft, this Maple Glen family trusted us to create a comfortable indoor/outdoor living space. They wanted easy access to the outdoors with protection from the elements. Their new three-season room and deck now provide a connected, shaded, and convenient space for their busy family.

Design Process:
Collaborating with Philips & Donovan, we designed a room with clean lines, neutral colors, and natural light. It connects to the home office with coordinating wainscotting and features custom gable windows. A ceiling fan adds comfort for outdoor TV watching or coffee on the deck. The deck, made with Trex composite flooring, is accessible from the kitchen for easy grilling and dining.
