We recently completed a first-floor renovation for a family in Villanova looking to make some significant changes to the way they lived and entertained in their home. The project centered around the kitchen along with the adjoining side entry vestibule and laundry room. Central to the homeowner’s vision was finding a way to take in and appreciate the views of their backyard pool and landscaping. Other issues that needed to be addressed included eliminating the congestion around the breakfast table, addressing the bottleneck at the side entry door, and improving the functionality of the kitchen and laundry work spaces. After researching and meeting with several design-build firms, they selected Custom Craft to bring their vision to life.
