Our clients in Wayne had purchased this 30 year old home and wanted to update it with a clean, contemporary look to match their design aesthetic. More than just a makeover, they also wanted to increase storage, improve lighting, and enhance the transition between spaces on the first floor. We helped them bring their renovation dreams to life with this contemporary first floor transformation.

The laundry room was updated with the same luxury vinyl flooring as the kitchen, as well as new cabinetry for storage, a stackable washer and dryer, and a counter that is ideal for folding clothes.
