Completed in 2003, this residence suggests an 18th century stone farmhouse with a 19th century expansion. The 5,000 S.F. home sits on a 1.8 acre property and takes advantage of natural light and surrounding views, with simple access to the outdoor wrap-around porch and lawn. We studied the history and proportions of older, beautiful homes and applied them to the new home.
