This new home was built on the site of the family’s previous long time residence to appear as the original stately 19th c. Villanova country home around which the balance of the community was developed. Wissahickon schist stone walls, graduated slate roofing and cut limestone window headers give the three story residence the formal elegance of a very traditional Georgian home though the plan reveals modern amenities for both family living and aging in place.

The Second Floor has two Guest Suites, Gym and, stepping up over the Kitchen/ Family wing, a second Master Suite with a spectacular semicircular glass enclosed shower in the double Master Bath. A five-stop elevator serves all of this so that every level is easily accessible to all ages and groceries arrive effortlessly in the kitchen from the garage below.
