The project located on a corner of a busy Chinatown streets Bowery and Hester was a zoning as well as engineering challenge.
Clients desired to maximize the small and narrow lot use while taking advantage of amazing views at Manhattan skyline.
The result was a 15-story high tower--the first high-rise building in Chinatown., with 3 underground levels for parking.
