Fashion District Residences
The project located on a corner of a busy Seventh Avenue in Manhattan involved change of zone from manufacturing to residential use.
Clients desired to maximize the lot use while taking advantage of corner views at this buzzing Fashion District street.
The result was a 11-story residential tower housing floor-thru loft-style units and a 2-story commercial unit on the street level.
The project was never built due to the 2008 financial crisis.
In collaboration with M-studio.
