Moreau Residences
Moreau Residences will be part of the Moreau Paraiso-new neighborhood carefully designed to accommodate needs of existing and new residents, visitors and vacationers.
The vision for this multi-use project is to blend housing, hospitality and commercial use with recreation, culture and education, creating a unique, self-sufficient village-like community. Each element of this project works sensitively with the existing environment and applies the latest technology to provide energy independence.
The concept of the project was derived from the physical location, incorporating an existing landmark, Palacete Los Moreau, with the magnificent ocean views, scenery of the land and position towards the southwest sun exposure. Due to the project’s location on “La Isla del Encanto”, the sun plays a significant role.
Contemporary architectural design reflects on the historic Colonial style of the Palacete, incorporating local decorative traditions such as Mudillo di Moca (famous Moca lace), ironwork, stained glass, and other local crafts, as well as vibrant tropical colors inspired by nature into the building design and interiors. This is our way of honoring the history and spirit of the place or Genius Loci.
