House orientation and floor heights were carefully determined according to trade wind direction and stunning coral reef views located just behind protected dunes. Generous and open 42 feet-high stairwell allows air and light flow and connects all levels vertically; glass elevator located at its center brings accessibility and more flexibility to the residents and guests.
Exposed structural system of pilasters, beams and cantilevers on the exterior gives the mass a human scale and frames raw concrete walls in between.
