The project involved design of a boutique residential building in East Village comprising of 6 floor-thru loft-style units. Lowest level was a duplex with private backyard, top penthouse unit was a duplex with a rooftop terrace.
Each unit was furnished with a private terrace or balcony at rear, plus floor-to-ceiling doors with a small balcony at the front.
