The goal of this project was to make a dark, cramped kitchen suitable for a chef and frequent entertainer. The first step was moving the dividing wall and turning the dining room into part of the kitchen. Doubling the space made it possible to add wish-list items like larger appliances, an island and a walk-in pantry. The new kitchen also has statement lighting and loads of storage, making it perfect for all kinds of gatherings.
