A Pool with a Countryside View

This large estate home in Bowmanville, which was built into a steep hillside, has a beautifully landscaped water feature where a small stream tumbles down a series of levels. The owners decided to add a pool at the top, so Betz was engaged to create a design that would be complementary to the existing landscaping.
The owner, who is a builder of custom estate homes, chose Betz to design and install a custom-shaped 20’ x 46’ pool and deck, plus design a combination garage/cabana structure which would be built by the owner. The entire project was a collaborative effort between two quality-minded builders.
The pool area being at the highest level of the property, offers tranquil views over the rolling countryside.
