I was so pleased to help these sellers buy this townhome a few years ago. It's wasn't ever supposed to be their forever home as it only had two bedrooms, but the family room with walk out private back yard, huge deck off the main level + fantastic neighborhood were all a huge draw. The common rooms were painted a neutral to go along with the grass cloth wall (from previous owner) and furniture, art and accessories were swapped to showcase size, condition and views of and from each room. Hardwood floors were in good condition so were not touched but new neutral carpeting was installed as it was time. Sellers did quite well on resale.
