Needing to sell for a relocation, the Clare Sells Homes team was tasked with staging every room of the home and some rooms were completely vacant to start. Interesting how many in-law suite bathrooms had bath tubs! We have found that older people generally avoid them and appreciate a good walk-in shower. With heated floors. We don't blame them and am glad my clients chose wisely when considering their folk's visits!

What you CAN see is the outdoor grill, fireplace and refrigerator. And the heated three car garage with the full roof deck. I believe there is also a snowmelt system and am sure of the outdoor speakers and the boy's basketball hoop behind the photographer. Small but mighty!
