These clients were fantastic to work with! They had the good basics but were willing to remove anything and everything that didn't complete the contemporary vibe - including everything in the 2nd bedroom! We ran the dining table perpendicular to the island freeing up more space for a comfortable chair facing the couch and added rug, side table, accessories and art. We also rearranged the furniture in the master to make best use of the long wall and added a handy bench under the window, art for the walls and new lighting. The hallway got the first impression space: mirror, art, bench and the 2nd bedroom became guest space/home office. Sellers spent key time cleaning out closets and arranging both to sell but also ease of use. We added outdoor furniture to enjoy the city scape. Work took just a few days (paint, edit, staging) and we were under contract swiftly. The views certainly helped! We are the record breaker for 2 bed/2 bath in the building!
