Independence Park Bungalow

Seller had a wonderful house in a popular neighborhood. Some of the furnishings were oversized, dated and/or overly loved so we brought in many pieces to freshen up/right-size and pull-together a more eclectic modern feel. All bedding, pillows, art, lighting and rugs come from my collection, as does the couch, black chair, dining chairs and mirrors. Fun project to mix collections!

this is a 1917 Bungalow in Chicago which has plaster walls in some rooms and dry wall in others but client has all ceilings redone in drywall and most of the windows replaced

Leaded glass windows are intact and all have storms and screens. Client painted this room many times over the years because the bright southern sun inspired her. We had her paint it the same color as the living room, added fresh curtains, replaced the rug and chairs with more contemporary style...

The inspiration room for the colors in the dining and living room! Seller replaced the counters and added the backsplash - fun patterns - and painted the kitchen aqua. The table is custom for the space.

one of our favorite rooms! We relocated the bed along the window wall even though the windows didn't align. We added a night stand, extra chair, bedding, art and a lamp. The bed, which previously was behind the door, now is center stage and the space feels wonderful
