Three levels of living with the middle floor being the living/dining/kitchen area, master bed on top level and 2nd bed + family room on the lower level. Sellers had HUGE furniture - far too large for the space - that needed to go to storage and needed each room polished up. Such a great space but it was 'his' and needed to become 'theirs'. We swapped out the dining set, added curtains, added art, right-sized all furniture in the family room, changed out the hallway, added matching nightstands, lamps and different art for the master... Really, touched every room and loved the opportunity! It was a tough floor plan for many (not ideal for parents with littles) but we got the buyers!
