Expanded Classic in Evanston

A 1940's home in Evanston which needed to be updated to be sold in a hot market. Things done to hip it up: wall-to-wall carpeting removed, floors refinished, wallpaper removed, ALL walls and ceilings, trim and baseboards were painted, drop ceiling removed in family room, recessed lighting added, paneling painted, hardware updated, granite counters installed, bathrooms updated, cabinetry was all painted white in both kitchen and family room, overhead lighting was installed in both living room and breakfast area/original dining room. House was staged to show it at it's best!

Maple floors refinished American Walnut. All trim, including fireplace mantle were painted white; home is staged to sell! I chose traditional and transitional pieces and a few paintings from the owner.
