WE LOVED THIS HOUSE!! I had worked with the sellers previously so they gave me great freedom and enormous trust to make decisions, updates and oversee contractors while staging their home for the next buyers. Sellers were moving across country so sold much of their furniture while they were able. We were able to bring in right-size, right style pieces to enhance their already wonderful home. Biggest jobs were painting (most of the home), updating switches and outlets, updating lighting, hipping up powder room, replacing kitchen backsplash. It all adds up!! We sold this off the pictures on social media before even listing. Great teamwork!!!

Such a charming front entry! We power washed the steps and stone tops, painted the trim and added a fresh door mat. Client's gardening skills had won them neighborhood awards in the past. Curb appeal is number 1!!!

This had been the piano/music room but client was able to sell the piano in time for staging as a home office/den. New lighting and all furniture placed for future buyers to imagine. All buyers expected it would be used similarly.

This gorgeous room needed help! Eyeball light fixtures over the fireplace were replaced with recessed lighting to match the rest of the room, ceiling painted, built-ins freshened up with dark navy paint, shiny brass on glass fireplace cover painted matte black and powder room had a makeover. ...

The backsplash had been a dark colored mini mosaic and my clients hated it the whole time they lived here! We removed them and replaced with a white subway tile with an organic shape, lightened up the paint plus added a fresh coat of ceiling paint to truly lighten and expand the space.

Super cute transformation! Wainscoting went from white to a dark navy, peel and stick wallpaper was added, a new mirror was a diy project using an old mirror, glued on 1/2 wooden beads and painted and a new, modern light was added. Feels like a totally new room!

This room didn't need much but previous owners had hung a very dark window treatment and client never replaced it - until going on the market. We chose a simple white shade, added white art and a little greenery. Super simple but much more inspiring to work in a bright space!
