Sellers had lots of friends who gave them a heads up on what to expect to get them on the market with the Clare Sells Homes Team! In one week, contractors had painted all the walls and ceilings (except little girl's room), added and painted bathroom tiles, added/replaced lighting, replaced carpet, changed the curtains, professionally detailed the place and removed/replaced much of the living room and master bedroom furniture. Clients streamlined every closet and cabinet and cleaned out jammed storage spaces. Truly an exciting transformation!!
