We love cool lofts and this was not an exception! Owners had to bring it up to modern demands and overcome some challenges: first being neither bedroom was enclosed, second, cabinets were maple, third, brazilian cherry floors were very uneven in color due to the southern exposure from the floor to ceiling windows, fourth, bathrooms were very boring. Seller updated bathrooms and kitchen with paint, hardware and backsplash, added new lighting throughout, refinished the floors and used a dark stain, added windows to the bedrooms (privacy!) and painted the whole place white. We staged the whole place and highlighted all the cool features. We got multiple offers.
