I helped Erin buy this property years ago and it was a smart purchase: facing the street with the bay, just renovated but mindful of all the vintage charm, excellent closet and storage. Fortunately, Erin also had excellent decorating taste as well! She had the floors refinished to sell and we tweaked her already great style to appeal to the broadest market. We brought select items into the home and spent time rearranging what she had. Great fun and a huge success!!
