This high rise in old town was a one bedroom, one bathroom with a nice view, and balcony. The unit was well kept, so extensive repair/remodeling work was not necessary. All furniture seen in the room was brought in and used for staging the home. The addition of the lamps helped brighten up the room along with all of the natural light.

The kitchen was in great shape. The black appliances fit perfectly with the colors of the cabinets and the dark granite counter tops.

For the bedroom, we added the mirror, the bench, and all of the bedding to make sure everything matched. The windows provided for tons of natural light and a great view to wake up to.
