Lincoln Park Loft Duplex

Fantastic duplex in heart of Lincoln Park. Client tried selling it in a down market with "heavy" furniture and completely bare. Staging it with smaller, cooler furniture, added new lighting throughout and freshening up the paint made all the difference! Happy seller + happy buyer!

Gosh, I loved this home! We left the paint color neutral and the brick went from dull to fancy with the large pendant lights from Menards. You may have seen this furniture a few times - that's cool. The property was only on the market a few days and they were on to the next home!

The mocha-colored walls look fantastic with ambient lighting and light bedding and crisp art. The mirror reflects back the sole provider of natural light which then rebounds around the room catching the mirrored nightstands and glass lamp bases.
