Lakeview Townhome

This gorgeous home was decorated by a professional designer. The potted plants, extra furniture, etc needed to be removed to show off the space vs, the decorating. Most of the expenses were in storing treasures but they were also willing to remove a LOT of art and have walls repaired and painted. They even painted the vaulted ceiling in the master bedroom. I have great "before" pictures when the home was on the market for over 6 months without an offer.

Corner homes get the best light and selling in the winter time truly showed the beautiful home in a great light despite the gray skies. This is a classic look in a popular neighborhood.

this was a more dated room in the home but the buyers knew they could easily swap out sink basins, paint cabinets, redo the tile surround or swap out the tub or toilet if necessary - and none of it needed to be done right away. Most buyers considered expanding the shower area for the future.
