Four Seasons Penthouse

A Manhattan couple relocated to Austin and combined two units at the Four Seasons Residences into a single 5,400-square-foot home. The brief: a home that inspires people to write big checks. Working with architect David Webber of Webber + Studio, the residence is filled with decisions that reward close attention. Fire-engine red hand-sculpted tile by Natalie Blake Studio at the entry. Hand-scraped oak floors in a chateau pattern. Partial walls clad in French walnut. Hand-painted silk ceilings in the entry, living, and dining rooms. A seven-foot Murano glass chandelier of 480 pieces, sourced from a demolished hotel in Venice. A ninety-foot mosaic leather wall in bridal leather, fabricated
