Proper Pied-a-Terre is a residence in the Austin Proper hotel and condominium building downtown. Cravotta Interiors handled a light remodel and focused on furniture, lighting, accessories, and art. The living room anchors on a cream and black flat-woven rug under a Flexform Soft Dream sofa, with a lounge chair by Walter K in ochre Belgian linen, a coffee table by Jiun Ho for Porada, a media cabinet by M Crow, and a painting by Clay Wagstaff. A suspended Urban Electric Co. fixture completes the room. The result is modern and eclectic, mixing old and new for a layered, textured space.
