Proper Terrace Penthouse

Proper Terrace is a penthouse residence in the Austin Proper residences in downtown Austin. Cravotta Interiors remodeled the new-construction unit completely to customize it for the client, and brought 1,500 square feet of terrace into the home, with views across Lady Bird Lake and West Austin. The entry sets custom wide-plank white oak floors against a handmade textured plaster wallcovering and irregular-width vertical plank paneling. A suspended composition-glass chandelier by John Pomp Studios hangs over an antique Khotan rug, beside a white oak and bronze console by Bruno Moinard and
sconces by Allied Maker. Ebonized cypress cabinetry runs through the home.
