- Keep the existing hardwood floors and reuse the refrigerator in the new design to reduce budget
- Remove the wall in the island to allow for unobstructed site lines into the family room
- Utilize organizational features to maximize storage space in with the new cabinet design
- Design a pie-shaped island with space for prepping, cleaning and casual seating
- Include a dry bar that incorporates a beverage center and wine storage
- Install an induction cooktop to allow for quicker and more efficient cooking time and a ‘smart’ double wall oven
- Semi-custom shaker style off white perimeter cabinets keep the kitchen feeling bright and airy while the darker oak island with gray stain adds warmth and
