This small master bath remodel proves that not all renovations needs to be complex. The plumbing lines all stayed in the same locations, but all the materials and finishes were updated for a more modern feel. A freestanding oval tub was chosen to replace the dated and clunky deck mounted tub. An awkward niche was captured to provide space for a larger shower with a recessed shampoo niche, quartz bench seat, handheld shower and a fixed head. The new vanity cabinetry provides plenty of storage space thanks to the many drawers and counter towers. Large mirrors were framed with cabinetry material for a dressed up look, without sacrificing the size of the reflection surface.

Combining both traditional elements (marble-like porcelain, hexagon mosaic, crystal knobs, recessed panel cabinetry) and contemporary elements (plumbing fixtures, the grid tile pattern, solid quartz counters and shower bench) created a truly timeless and transitional look. The high-style but low-maintenance finishes ensure this bathroom will look brand new for years to come.
