Scope of work:
1. Kitchen - Remove and replace cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, appliances and pantry door. Remove the pony wall at the island to accommodate for cabinet storage under the island overhang.
2. Guest bathroom - Tub to walk-in shower conversion with shower tile floor and tile surround, remove and replace vanity cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, bath accessories, lights and mirrors.
3. Master Bathroom - Remove and replace vanity cabinets, countertops, sinks and sink faucets, new mirrors, new lighting.
