General scope of work covers labor and materials for the following main areas;

Remove and replace flooring in the kitchen, family room, dining room, and two hallways. Remove and replace kitchen cabinets, countertops, backsplash, plumbing fixtures, and appliances. Provide modern redesign of kitchen perimeter cabinets and kitchen island with waterfall. Remove soffit above. Redesign family room fireplace and TV wall elevation. Prove in the design the correct fireplace location with the possibility of a linear fireplace with TV above. Engineer and open up back exterior wall with a bifold / panoramic or large sliding door for an open concept.
