General scope of work covers labor and materials for the following main areas;

1. Kitchen: Remove and replace cabinets, countertop, some appliances, plumbing fixtures, etc. Prove in the design if it is best to remove a wall of cabinetry separating the kitchen from the hallway in order to provide a more open concept. Provide a design with a decorative hood over the range and new decorative backsplash. Paint on interior walls in the kitchen and ceiling.

2. Entertainment Room: Remove and replace cabinetry and provide a solution that allows for AV equipment and surround sound storage. Cabinetry design to compliment or coordinate with the kitchen.
