This project is a complete gut including all new flooring, cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures and lighting. Popcorn ceilings, and portions of several walls to be removed. Inside the intent is to open up the Kitchen space and add an island. Complete re-design of Kitchen and relocation of utilities. In-fill window area between Kitchen and Art Studio to allow for new Kitchen bank of cabinets.
