General scope of work for the following main areas;

Throughout:
1. Demo existing flooring and baseboards in all areas except guest bedrooms.
2. Provide and install new flooring and baseboards in all areas except guest bedrooms.

Sunken Living Room:
1. Demo existing slider door and accent wall tile.
2. Provide and install new large ceiling fan, resized sliding door and accent wall tile.
3. Fill in sunken living room 4”
4. Extend top step into sunken living room.
5. Relocate existing floor outlets to compensate for filled in space.

Bar:
1. Demo existing tile backsplash on pony wall.
2. Provide and install new wood veneer on pony wall.

Kitchen:
1. Demo existing cabinetry, countertops, sink, faucet, garbage disposal, backsplash, pantry door and non-load bearing partition wall.
2. Provide and install new cabinetry, countertops, sink, faucet, garbage disposal, under cabinet lighting, backsplash and pantry double barn door.

Laundry Room:
1. Reface existing cabinetry.

Family Room:
1. Demo existing cabinetry and fireplace hearth.
2. Provide and install new fireplace hearth.
3. Add outlet and media hookup at fireplace.

Master Bathroom:
1. Demo existing cabinetry, countertops, decorative light fixtures, mirrors, tub, tub deck, tub fixtures, wainscot, shower walls, shower floor, shower door, shower fixtures and toilet.
2. Provide and install new cabinetry, countertops, decorative light fixtures, mirrors, free standing tub, freestanding tub fixtures, wainscot, shower walls, shower floor, shower door, shower fixtures and toilet.
3. Paint walls.

Guest Bath (1):
1. Demo existing cabinetry, countertops, sink, faucet, tub, tub fixtures, toilet and tile shower walls.
2. Provide and install new cabinetry, countertops, sink, faucet, tub, tub fixtures, toilet and tile shower walls.
3. Paint touch-ups to blend with existing.

Guest Bath (2):
1. Demo existing cabinetry, countertops, sink, faucet, shower floor, shower fixtures, tile shower walls, glass enclosure, toilet and door.
2. Provide and install new cabinetry, countertops, sink, faucet, shower floor, shower fixtures, tile shower walls, glass enclosure, toilet and barn door.
3. Paint touch-ups to blend with existing.

Guest Bath (3):
1. Demo existing shower floor, shower fixtures, tile shower walls and glass enclosure.
2. Remove and reset existing cabinetry, countertop, sink, faucet and toilet.
3. Provide and install new shower floor, shower fixtures, tile shower walls and glass enclosure.
4. Paint touch-ups to blend with existing.

Powder Room:
1. Demo existing countertop, sink, toilet and floating shelf.
2. Provide and install new countertop, sink, toilet and floating shelf.
3. Rotate toilet to align with wall.
4. Paint touch-ups to blend with existing.
