Kitchen Remodel description:
Remove and replace overall wood flooring in the kitchen and dining room. Remove existing fridge wall of cabinetry and drywall along with removal the peninsula cabinetry and countertop. Remove sink wall cabinetry, countertop, backsplash, sink, and sink faucet. Remove existing island, prep sink, prep sink faucet, and countertop. Design to prove the best location for the column fridge / freezer along with two islands with storage on both sides for ample storage. Install smaller arched inset for relocating oven stack into similar to the stove inset/arch. The design may prove that one larger island with seating is a better fit but both options will be explored during the design phase. Remove and replace range wall countertop. Paint on all kitchen walls and ceiling.
