General scope of work covers labor and materials for the following main areas;

1. Throughout: Remove and replace floor tile in the entry, great room, dining room, family room, kitchen, laundry room, hallway that lead to the guest bath, and the powder room along with new baseboard.

2. Kitchen: Remove and replace cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, appliances, backsplash, etc. Provide a design that relocates the island with a sink with additional storage on the backside of the island. Remove soffit above and extend cabinetry higher in order to elongate the space. Design a decorative hood over the larger gas cooktop in order to create a focal point and include warm tones in the overall design.

3. Family Room: Remove and replace flanking cabinetry in order to align with the kitchen design. Remove the soffit above. Remove and replace fireplace surround tile. New cabinetry.

4. Master Bath: Remove and replace overall flooring, vanities, sinks, sink faucets, countertops, shower components, shower plumbing, commode, mirrors, lighting, etc. Remove existing drop-in tub and provide a design that elongates the shower and potentially provides a “dry off” area. Remove and replace bypass closet doors with barn door.
