General scope of work covers design, labor and materials for the following main areas;


1.New decorative lighting throughout with a new reflective ceiling plan (RCP) for recessed can placement in the kitchen. Infill overall flooring where applicable. New interior door hardware and hinges. All new interior paint on walls and some ceiling paint on remodeled areas.

2.New Guest Suite: Enclose current front entry room to create a guest bedroom.

3.Family Room: Remove and relocate the fireplace and replace with a linear fireplace. Remove the existing hearth and provide a symmetrical design with stacked stone fireplace surround for an updated design. Potentially relocate entry into the rest of the home through a new door in the family room instead of a corridor near the new guest suite.

4.Kitchen: Remove and replace cabinets, countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, backsplash, etc. Provide a design with white shaker cabinets with decorative backsplash and square off the island countertop with pendants above for an updated look and feel. New cooktop hood.

5.Laundry Room: Remove and replace laundry cabinets, sink, and sink faucet.

6.Powder Room: Remove and replace mirror and decorative light. Wallpaper in this area will be final selected and determined during the design phase.

7.Master Bath: Remove and replace two vanities, countertops, light fixtures, sinks, and sink faucets.

8.Jack & Jill Bath: Remove and replace two vanities, countertops, light fixtures, sinks, and sink faucets.

9.Existing Guest Bath: Remove and replace vanity, countertop, light fixture, sink, and sink faucet.

10.Home Office (hallway): Remove and replace cabinets and countertop.
