Chandler House Remodel DS
General scope of work covers labor and materials for the following main areas;
1. Entry – Remove slate surrounding the entry door and on two walls in the open area. Infill existing niches for a smooth drywall finish.
2. Dining Room – Remove existing travertine tile above existing cabinetry. Remove and replace cabinetry.
3. Handrail – Remove and replace handrail leading to the lower level. Design may include a new wrought iron design with wood accents.
4. Niches & Arches – Remove (3) three travertine ledges that are at the base of niches throughout the home. Remove travertine on (2) arches leading to the kitchen and infill existing niches.
5. Kitchen – Remove and replace cabinets, countertops, backsplash, appliances, etc. Infill flooring as needed and blend with the existing based off the new design. Design to prove best layout in order to maximize efficiency. Design to include counter height seating and a larger pantry along with a countertop surface that extends to the back patio. Provide reflective ceiling plan (RCP) for new pendant locations.
6. Great Room – Remove existing cabinetry and infill existing niches. Provide a design that includes the TV being recessed and cabinets flanking the fireplace. Remove and replace fireplace tile and install stacked stone. Remove and replace hall cabinet to match the great room and kitchen cabinets for a cohesive look and feel.
7. Powder Room – Remove slate. Remove and replace vanity, countertop, sink, sink faucet, sconces, mirror, bath accessories, etc.
8. Daughter’s Bath (Guest Bath) – Remove and replace overall flooring, vanity, cabinet, countertop, sink, sink faucet, commode, mirror, medicine cabinet, lighting, etc. New curb-less shower with all new shower wall tile and plumbing fixtures along with a glass enclosure.
