General scope of work covers design labor and all materials for the following main areas;

1. Master bath - Full remodel (eliminate tub, move shower location per new design)
2. Hall bath (Powder room) - Full remodel per new design
3. Guest bath - Full remodel per new design
4. Kitchen - Full remodel per new design
5. Flooring replacement in the kitchen, living room, hall desk area, main floors throughout. New carpet in master bedroom. Keep existing carpet in other bedrooms.
6. Laundry room - Cabinet and flooring replacement
7. Replace all interior doors and hardware. Replace all by-pass closet doors. Repair and refinish front door.
5. Full house inspection
6. Replace living room windows with 16FT exterior sliding door.
7. Low voltage Audio / Video wiring per new design
