General scope of work:

Remodel existing Kitchen by providing the following:
1. Remove existing cabinets and counter-tops in Kitchen, Island, T.V. area, and Laundry room
2. Remove and replace existing appliances, sinks, and plumbing fixtures in Kitchen and Laundry room
3. Remove existing shelving and swing door in Pantry and install new cabinetry
4. Remove existing bench seat (Banco) in Nook and repair drywall
5. Remove portion of existing Pantry wall and frame new walls per design
6. Open up viewing area in portion of wall between Kitchen and Living room with upper cabinets on each side of opening
7. Install new cabinets and counter-tops in Kitchen, Island, T.V. area, and Laundry room
8. Install new appliances in locations per design - Relocate cook-top, micro, ovens (2), fridge
