Scope of work:

Master Bath:
1. Demo existing cabinetry, countertops, sinks, faucets, mirrors, shower tile, shower fixtures, shower glass, tub, tub deck and tub fixtures.
2. Provide and install new cabinetry, countertops, sinks, faucets, mirrors, shower tile, shower fixtures, shower glass, freestanding tub, freestanding tub fixtures, wainscot wall tiles and steam unit.
3. Add electrical for steam unit.
4. Tile shower ceiling for steam shower conversion.
5. Relocate plumbing for sinks and tub.

Master Closet:
1. Provide and install new custom closet system.

Master Bedroom:
1. Provide and install new custom shelving system for entertainment.
