General scope of work covers labor and materials for the following main areas;

1. Throughout – Remove and replace overall flooring with all areas having multi sized travertine tile and both baths to have an alternative travertine tile with travertine base. Remove and replace baseboard, door casing, and window trim with stain grade material. Remove and replace all interior doors with stain grade doors along with bronze hinges and hardware. Remove and install decorative light fixtures per scope of work provided by the homeowner. Paint all interior walls and ceilings.

2. Kitchen – Remove and replace cabinets, countertops, backsplash, plumbing fixtures, appliances, etc. Provide a design with all one level counter height sink cabinets and potentially a center island. Provide and install under cabinet lighting.

3. Great Room – Remove and replace fireplace decorative tile and mantel. Design to include centering the fireplace box within the room.

4. Bath 2 – Remove and replace vanity cabinets, countertop, sinks, mirrors, medicine cabinet, and commode. Remove and replace overall flooring with travertine tile and baseboard. Remove and replace the tub and tub surround and provide and install a new stone surround.

5. Bedroom 2 & 3: Remove existing carpet and install travertine flooring along with bypass closet doors to match new interior doors and provide custom closet cabinetry.

6. Dining Nook: Design and install built-in cabinetry.

7. Master Bath: Remove and replace vanity cabinet, countertop, sinks, mirrors, medicine cabinet, and commode. Remove and replace overall flooring with travertine flooring and baseboard. Provide and install stone on the two walls flanking the shower door. Designer to match as closely to existing shower wall tile as possible.

8. Master Closet: Remove and replace interior closet shelving with custom designed cabinetry. Enclose one bypass closet door and provide and install decorative barn door.

9. Laundry: Remove and replace cabinets and countertops. Provide and install pocket door.
