Guest Bath:
1. Remove and replace the overall flooring, tub, tub plumbing components, and tub walls.
2. Remove and replace the vanity with a new countertop, new sink, new faucet, decorative light and mirror.

Master Bath:
1. Remove and replace the overall flooring.
2. Remove the existing tub, tub deck, and all plumbing. Supply and install a new freestanding tub, tub filler, and wainscot tile surround.
3. Remove and replace the vanity cabinet with a new countertop, two new sinks, and new faucets. Replace the mirror and vanity light.
4. Remove and replace the shower floor tile, shower walls, and all plumbing components.
