Kitchen:
1. Remove existing soffit above the kitchen cabinets.
2. Remove existing cabinets, countertop, backsplash and plumbing.
3. The new design to include new raised panel cabinets with glazing. 42” high upper cabinets with a new sink and faucet.
4. Provide and install a new countertop and backsplash.
5. Provide and install new column fridge and freezer. Reinstall the microwave, oven and dishwasher.
6. Relocate the oven and microwave.
7. Provide and install an island with storage in both sides with a new cooktop and downdraft.


Bar:
1. Remove existing cabinets, countertop, sink and sink faucet.
2. The new design to include an increased overhang for bar seating on two sides
3. Filtered water to the sink to be provided and installed.
4. New backsplash
5. Reinstall two existing wall sconces.
6. Paint interior walls and ceiling in the kitchen, bar and family room.

Guest bathroom:
1. New walk in shower curb-less with a large niche
2. New vanity, sink, mirror, faucet and backsplash
